[April 2024] Unison League Producer Letter

Greetings, recruits!

It's Kazu P, Unison League's producer.

Japan has just gotten through a period of fierce cold, and now the temperature is shooting up into a much more pleasant range.
For me and my pollen fever, though, this season isn't an easy one... How are you all holding up?
Same as always, this April Producer Letter is jam-packed with information centered around what's on the horizon for Unison League!

Upcoming Updates

[The Global Version's 9th Anniversary!]
Thanks to all of your support and love for the game, we have reached the nine-year mark for the global version of Unison League.

We're working hard to provide even more exciting content for you to enjoy into the future.

We hope you're looking forward to what's in store for Unison League.

Case in point, we're holding all sorts of campaigns for the anniversary. We hope you enjoy them.

[New Advanced EX Classes]

It's been a long time coming, but we're proud to announce that the mid-May maintenance will mark the release of new advanced EX Classes in the global version.

Like the existing 7th Growth Ring, the new Classes will be added with an additional Ability slot, so you can use a total of six Abilities.

Keep your eyes peeled for more information in the Notices.

This update will also bring a new, more refined design to the Growth Ring screen. We hope you're looking forward to it.

[Recycle Medal Exchange Lineup Updates]

We'll also be revising and adding to the items in the outdated Recycle Medal Exchange lineup.

Specifically, you'll be able to get Spawn Tickets for higher-Cost Monsters and Gear, as well as Ninoyu Medals.

There will be a limit on how many items you can exchange, but this limit will reset periodically, so you'll be able to take advantage of this feature over a prolonged period.

We hope you'll be able to put your Recycle Medals to good use and enjoy the game even more.

[Dimension Wars: Guild Version Event Delay]
We sincerely apologize for the delay in the release of Dimension Wars: Guild Version, which we know many of you have been looking forward to.
Our reasoning behind the delay is that, during its debut on the Japanese version, it caused a game-breaking bug. While we were able to fix it, the strain on the servers made it difficult for the game to run properly, so we're working on overarching improvements to the implementation.

Due to that, we've made the decision to postpone the event's upcoming debut in the global version of the game. We're deeply sorry we were unable to deliver on your expectations.

We're hard at work formulating and refining load-resistant designs for the event so you can enjoy the Guild Version in a stable gameplay environment, and we will continue to move toward a new release for the event.
[New High-difficulty Content]
Starting with the announcement of the 9th Anniversary, we'll be bringing you update information about new high-difficulty content.
First of all, we'd like to apologize for the unexpectedly long time it's taking to get ready.

We're tweaking this content to allow you to have fun using every strategy at your disposal to clear these challenging battles.

For now, we just ask that you have a little more patience.

While we can't provide an exact release date at this time, we're working towards an early June release in the Japanese version and a late July release in the global version.

We'll send out another announcement when release draws near, so keep an eye on the Notices for further information.

[Obtaining Drinks of Enlightenment]

We in the dev team want you to feel more comfortable about playing Unison League with a variety of Classes, so we're assessing the effort and costs associated with reallocating Gear Cost.

We're considering options such as introducing a new Cost-reallocation item you can use daily in addition to the extant Drinks of Enlightenment or providing Drink of Enlightenment effects to people who purchase Limimin Bags.

We'll let you know when we have more information on this, so stay tuned.
The team will learn from this and strive to do better in the future.

Thank you for playing Unison League!
Yours sincerely, Kazu P
