Cooldown Time Reduction
This reduces the cooldown time on certain Abilities by a set percentage.
The cooldown time after the reduction effect has been calculated will be rounded up to the nearest whole number.

Example: When a 20% cooldown time reduction is used on an Ability with a 9-second cooldown
9 seconds - (9 seconds x 20%) = 7.2 seconds -> rounded up to 8 seconds

After a cooldown time reduction takes effect, the new cooldown time will displayed on the Ability in yellow text.
The cooldown time will not be shown in yellow text if the cooldown time reduction effect cannot be used on that Ability or if there is no change to the reduction time after the calculation has taken place.

Cooldown reduction time effects can be stacked. However, the cooldown time for an Ability can never be reduced by more than 50%.

Cooldown time reduction effects cannot be removed by debuff Abilities or debuff Unison Attacks.

Cooldown time reduction cannot be used on the below Abilities.
