■Overview

Obtain Brilliant Gem Shards by completing Main Quests & Event Quests! Collect enough Brilliant Gem Shards to create a Brilliant Gem, a material that can be used for unlocking the Potential of Monsters or Infusing your Weapons and DEF Gear. Furthermore, a Brilliant Gem's grade determines how many times you can Infuse or unlock Potential! Also, selecting Brilliant Gems as material for unlocking Potential or Infusion means there's no need to consume Awakening Orbs, Drops of Ether, or any other materials! Play Main Quests & Event Quests and obtain Brilliant Gem Shards to power up your Gear to the max!

■Brilliant Gems

Brilliant Gems are a special Enhancement Material that can be used to Infuse or unlock Potential an amount of times equal to the grade of the Brilliant Gem. Also, using Brilliant Gems as material for unlocking Potential or Infusing your Weapons and DEF Gear replaces the consumption of Awakening Orbs, Drops of Ether, and other materials. ・Potential Unlocking Brilliant Gem Potential Unlocking Brilliant Gems can be used to unlock Potential for some Monsters. When you select a Potential Unlocking Brilliant Gem as a material, you'll unlock the Potential of the Monster without consuming Awakening Orbs or Gold. The grade of a Potential Unlocking Brilliant Gem can be raised up to 4. Raising the material to its maximum grade will allow players to unlock a Monster's Potential fully from 0.

・Weapon Infusing Brilliant Gem Weapons Infusing Brilliant Gems can be used for Infusion with some weapons. When you select a Weapon Infusing Brilliant Gem as a material, you'll be able to Infuse without using Drops of Ether or Gold. The grade of a Weapon Infusing Brilliant Gem can be raised up to 5. Raising the material to its maximum grade will allow players to Infuse a Gear piece to its Infusion Count Limit from 0.

・Head Gear Infusing Brilliant Gem Head Gear Infusing Brilliant Gems can be used for Infusion with some Head Gear. When you select a Head Gear Infusing Brilliant Gem as a material, you'll be able to Infuse without using Drops of Ether or Gold. The grade of a Head Gear Infusing Brilliant Gem can be raised up to 5. Raising the material to its maximum grade will allow players to Infuse a Gear piece to its Infusion Count Limit from 0.

・Body Gear Infusing Brilliant Gem Body Gear Infusing Brilliant Gems can be used for Infusion with some Body Gear. When you select a Body Gear Infusing Brilliant Gem as a material, you'll be able to Infuse without using Drops of Ether or Gold. The grade of a Body Gear Infusing Brilliant Gem can be raised up to 5. Raising the material to its maximum grade will allow players to Infuse a Gear piece to its Infusion Count Limit from 0.

■"Searching for Brilliant Gems" Special Event Gear

Certain Gear will have an effect where it boosts the amount of Brilliant Gem Shard you receive! Make sure to equip them before embarking on Quests. Equipping Special Event Gear will boost the amount of Brilliant Gem Shards obtained in Main Quests and Events. Boost effects will be rounded up to the nearest whole number. Equip multiple pieces to obtain a maximum boost of 6x more Brilliant Gem Shards. In this event, the effects of Special Effect Gear is capped. The effects of Special Event Gear is capped when you have 15 pieces equipped. (Example) If you have 5 Gear pieces that grant a 10% boost and 1 Gear piece that grants a 100% boost: 5 x 10% + 1 x 100% = 150% Boost In this case you will be granted a 150% boost which means you will obtain 2.5x the normal amount of Brilliant Gem Shards.

*The maximum boost you can attain is 500% (6x). Equipping more Special Event Gear will NOT grant any additional boosts.

■Receiving Brilliant Gems

Players can receive their Brilliant Gems during the collection period from the "Searching for Brilliant Gems" screen. Don't forget to get your Brilliant Gems during this period.

*Up to 1 of each Brilliant Gem can be obtained.

■Unlocking Potential or Infusing with Brilliant Gems

If the base Gear can use a Brilliant Gem for unlocking Potential or Infusion, the Brilliant Gem will be displayed on the Materials list. Brilliant Gems can be used for UR Monsters and Gear that are Cost 41 or lower. Monsters must have a maximum Potential count of 4, and Weapons and DEF Gear must have a maximum Infusion count of 5.

*Please be aware that selecting a Brilliant Gem that will exceed maximum Potential or Infusion count of the base Gear will result in the excess amount being lost.
*Brilliant Gems cannot be used as material for Monsters with a Potential count of 5 or Weapons and DEF Gear with an Infusion count of 3 or 4.

■Notes

*"Searching for Brilliant Gems" event schedule is subject to change.
*Brilliant Gem Shards are obtained when a Main Quest or Event Quest is cleared. If you quit or lose a Quest before it has been completed, no Brilliant Gem Shards will be awarded.
*Players will be unable to obtain further Brilliant Gem Shards from Main Quests and Event Quests once the Brilliant Gem has achieved its maximum grade.
*Please check the Gear list on the event page for more details about Gear that is eligible to be augmented with Brilliant Gems.
*Brilliant Gems have an expiration date. They will disappear once expired, so be sure to use them before that happens. To see when an item expires, please check the Items List.
*Brilliant Gems can only be used as material for Unlocking Potential or Infusion.
*Brilliant Gems cannot be used for Augmentation or Reforging, and cannot be selected as the base Gear for Infusion or Unlocking Potential.
