Being in Barracks state applies the following effects:
-HP and CP will not be taken when in effect
-Increases all stats by 100%
-Increases critical hit chance by 100%
-Increases physical and magic Ability Power by 40
-Reduces cooldown time by 50%
-Removed after receiving a set amount of damage (300% of max HP excluding buff and field effects)
