Rampart Effect
Being in Rampart state applies the following effects:
-HP and CP will not be taken when in effect
-Increases all elemental Unison damage Ability Power by 200
-Increases success value of all status ailment attacks, including Unison Effects and Ability Effects, by 50
-Nullifies special debuffs
-Nullifies debuffs
-Nullifies Unison gauge reduction
-Removed after receiving a set amount of damage (300% of max HP excluding buff and field effects)
