Each fish has a rarity, size, and type.
There are three rarities: Normal, Rare, and Super Rare.
Fish come in a variety of different sizes. The size determines how much you can sell the fish for at the Fishing Shop.
Fish are divided up into five distinct types.

■ Fish Type Boosts
The combination of fishing rod and bait you use determines which types are easiest to catch.
The type boost icon will appear when you equip a Fishing Rod and Bait on the Fishing Gear page.
The number of [↑] displayed represents how easy it is to catch that particular type of fish. The higher the number of [↑], the easier that type is to catch.
